The Hannover Centre for Production Technology (PZH) offers a first-class environment for research and development, academic education and business operations for six University Institutes as well as innovative and technically oriented start-up companies. Teams of scientists, students, technicians and their business partners cooperate on research projects for improved production processes.

The PZH GmbH works in close contact with the University institutes and supports the scientists in transferring their innovations into practical applications. The PZH GmbH acts as an active agent between scientists and industrial customers and finds top-ranking scientists in cases of external enquiries to ensure a successful networking.

The PZH aims at promoting and supporting the city and region of Hannover as a centre of science and technology in order to create ideal conditions for industry growth and cluster development.
